On perusal of the pleadings and the papers annexed with the contempt petition, it is manifest that after the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No.354 of 2013 on 22-3-2016, the petitioner has not approached the concerned authorities of SECL where he was posted prior to the date of his termination to submit joining, therefore, it is not clear as to whether the petitioner has made any effort to resume his work and the authorities of SECL have refused to allow him to join and resume the duties.

In view of absence of necessary facts, the contempt petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly disposed of. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to move again, if upon submission of joining by the petitioner the authorities of SECL refused to allow him to join the duties on the post on which he was working prior to the date of his termination.
