This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 07.07.2017 and 13.10.2017 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1836 of 2017 and Contempt Case No. 611 of 2017 respectively.

Mr. Bharat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that petitioner's representation has already been decided on 15.09.2017 and it has been communicated to the petitioner and he has also produced the copy of the order dated 15.09.2017. It is accordingly placed on record. 3.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 15.09.2017 in accordance with law.
