Agrawal Order On Board 25/08/2017 (1) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Ambikapur to Jashpur via Rajpur, Shankargarh, Kusmi, Asta, Manoraone single trip daily on 07.03.2017, the application has remained pending without any decision.

(2) On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties. (3) In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
