1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.29/2020, registered at Police Station Baradwar, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application was dismissed on 10-82020.

3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length and after going through the record, I am of the opinion that the applicant is not entitled for grant of bail, as commercial quantity of Ganja has been

seized from the possession of the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
