This is the third application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.132/2017 registered at Police Station Amleshwar District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC and Section 3(4) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. The earlier two bail applications were dismissed by this Court vide detailed orders.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, it is not possible for this Court to take any different view in the matter.
