Agrawal Order On Board 25/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that vide impugned order dated 26.07.2017, respondent No.2-Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Raigarh has directed the petitioner to take permission for use the public road from the respondent-Board without any authority of law. (2) In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 and in turn, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation.
