Mr. S.P. Kale, Dy. Advocate General --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order on Board 14-07-2016 Heard.

1) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a limited direction to competent authority / respondent No.2 to decide the matter relating to transfer of the petitioner in view of the report given by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) on 21.04.2016.

2) The matter arises out of the transfer order which was issued earlier on 31.07.2012.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been relieved from present place of posting at Boys School, Nayabazar, Dallirajhara.
