1. Informant of the case namely, Dhaniram Paikra is brought to this Court from Central Jail Raigarh. Now, Additional Registrar (Judicial) is directed to mark his presence today itself and send him back to the concerned jail.

2. After arguing for some time learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant revision with liberty to file afresh after examination of prosecutrix before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
