Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 11.04.2014, the Board of Revenue Bilaspur, has directed for issuance permanent lease in favour of the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner pursued the revenue authorities, Janjgir to whom the direction was given and though the applications have been filed on 02.12.2016, 08.03.2017, 25.03.2017 and lastly on 05.09.2018, but the same remain undecided and the order of the Revenue Board has not yet been complied with.

Perused the order dated 11.4.2014 wherein the direction has been given to the respective authority i.e., Collector Janjgir Champa to issue permanent lease in favour of the petitioner. Taking into consideration such fact that the statutory order passed by the Board of Revenue exists in favour of the petitioner and despite several applications filed by the petitioner, the order has not

been complied with, the Collector Jangir Champa is directed to comply with the order of the Board of Revenue dated 11.04.2014 within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
