Agrawal Order On Board 0 7 / 1 2 /201 (1) Since common question of law and fact is involved in both the writ petition, they are being disposed of by this common order.
(2) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that certain aspects of the matter has not been considered by the Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Bilaspur while passing its order dated 22.04.2010, therefore, they may be permitted to file application before the said authority for reconsideration / modification for the said order highlighting certain provisions of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Supply Code.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(4) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file an application before the said authority for reconsideratoin/modification of the order dated 22.04.2010. In the eventuality of filing such application, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of.
