09/07/2015 Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 19 days in filing the MCC is condoned.

1. This is an application for restoration of Company Petition No.03/2009.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

3. In view of the same, the Com.P. No.03/2009 is restored to its original number.
