1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since many of his cases were listed on 20.02.2019 when WPC No.578/2019 was posted for hearing, a different order has been passed then what was required to be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. In view of the submission made order dated 20.02.2019 passed in WPC No. 578/2019 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number. It is be listed for consideration before the appropriate Bench.
