Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to submit original panchnama alongwith the application under Order 7 Rule 14 of CPC for taking document on record before the trial Court.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an application under Order 7 Rule 14 of CPC alongwith the original panchnama before the trial Court. If the petitioner is filed the said application before the trial Court and in that event the trial Court shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
