Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Tahsildar has passed an order for evicting of land, which has been alloted to him, against which this petition has been filed. (2) In view of above, the petitioner is directed to file representation before respondent No.3- Collector, Durg for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner is filed representation before respondent No.3 and in that event, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same, expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
