1. This matter arises from the alleged non-compliance with the direction given by this Court as per the judgment dated 26.11.2018 in WP(C)- 2793/2018. When the matter came-up for consideration before this Court on the last occasion ie, on 16.02.2019, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue could be resolved, if a joint inspection was ordered, which course was accepted from the part of the respondents as well. It was accordingly, that '26.08.2019' was fixed as the date for joint inspection, making it clear that parties shall be present on the spot at

10:00 am onwards, also making available all the relevant documents for conducting the inspection in a fruitful manner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the above order, the joint inspection has been conducted and that further proceedings are being pursued, under which circumstances, no further order is called for. It is stated that the matter can be closed accordingly.

3. In view of above, no further steps are necessary. Contempt matter stands closed.
