Considering the nature of dispute raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition, this Court has no hesitation in reaching to the conclusion that there are highly disputed questions of facts involved in the case which would require oral and documentary evidence for appropriate adjudication of the claim which otherwise would not be permissible under the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Therefore, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail appropriate civil remedies open to the petitioner, the writ petition stands rejected.
