1. During the course of hearing a demand draft of Rs.53,447/- is handed over to the petitioner. According to the respondent it is against the full and final settlement and the representation of the petitioner is decided and it is contended that the said amount only works out as against the amount claimed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount, if calculated, it would be higher than the amount so paid.

3. Perused the order passed in the representation. Considering the same it appears that no deliberate disobedience of the order appears to be exist. In view of this the rule is discharged.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner if aggrieved, may further seek his remedy before the appropriate forum. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
