1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.6.2015 whereby he has been transferred from the office of Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Division No.1 to the Office of Executive Officer, Thermal Power Project Division Ambikapur at his own expenses, whereas as a matter of fact, the petitioner has never made any request for his transfer at his own expenses.

2. Learned State counsel would support the impugned order.

3. Considering the statement made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner submits a fresh representation before competent authority of the respondents within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be considered by the said authority within a further period of 2 months from the date of submission of representation, in accordance with law.
