Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 20.07.2017 passed by Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Bridge Construction Division, Raigarh for

recovery of subject amount against him for which, he has made application against the recovery before the Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department, Bridge Construction Division, Raigarh but is pending consideration since 21.08.2017 and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department, Bridge Construction Division, Raigarh is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for recovery, expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
