With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The present case pertains to the non-payment of retiral dues in particular the GPF amount.

Counsel for the State submits that the State Government has already constituted a High Power Retiral Dues Committee and the said Committee is duly empowered to consider the cases like that of the petitioner. 4.

Let the petitioner file a representation to the said Committee or to make a request to the office of the Advocate General along with copy of the writ petition for forwarding the same to the Committee. Let this be done within a period of 15 days form the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

On this being done, the Committee shall issue notice to the petitioner and officers concerned with a further period of 15 days. The Committee shall

consider and pass order in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner and the officers concerned may file additional documents, if necessary. The entire exercise including payment of retiral dues, if any, to the petitioner, be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
