1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of C.J.M., Raipur praying for extension of the outer limit of the time granted for disposal of the case No.9306 of 2017 in the case of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Satyendra Bhadouria & Anr.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.2894/2019 on 16.05.2019 directed that the trial against the accused person as mentioned hereinabove be completed within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the order.

3. Considered on the grounds mentioned in the P.U.D. regarding the delay that has occurred in the trial, I feel satisfied by the same and allow the request made in the P.U.D. A further time of 6 months is granted to the Court concerned for completing the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
