Agrawal Order On Board 12/03/2020 (1) This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner questioning the order dated 09.01.2020 passed by District Magistrate, Korba rejecting the application for grant of leave / parole.

(2) Learned Counsel appearing for the State would submit that District Magistrate, Korba will consider the case of the petitioner afresh in light of decision rendered by this

Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende v. State of Chhattisgarh and others 1 within a period of 10 days from today.

(3) In view of above, the impugned order dated 09.01.2020 is set aside. District Magistrate, Korba is directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in light of decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende (supra).
