At the outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No.4380/2011 (Smt. Tulsi Bai and others v. The State of Chhattisgarh and others) on 10.12.2013, therefore, the present

writ petition may be decided in the same terms. 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPS No.4380/2011 (Smt. Tulsi Bai and others v. The State of Chhattisgarh and others). A copy of the order passed by this Court in WPS No.4380/2011 be placed on record of the present writ petition.
