The matter is listed for orders on P.U.D. dated 03.03.2017 of the Judge, Commercial Court (District Level) Naya Raipur, requesting for extension of six more months' time for final disposal of the case. On 21.07.2016, this Court while disposing the appeal had directed the trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the next date of hearing. By the PUD under consideration the court below has prayed for two more months' time for disposal of the suit on the ground that the
plaintiffs' evidence has not yet started.
The trial court is granted six more month's time from the next date of hearing to ensure disposal of the suit. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for early disposal of the suit and if so required, he may give short dates to ensure the disposal of the suit within the time frame.
