1. The only grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the representation which the petitioner has made in respect of the correction of inter se seniority in the gradation list of the Assistant Engineers in the light of the correction in the date of joining of the petitioner on the post of Sub Engineer and the consequential correction that has been made by the Department in the gradation list of Sub Engineer so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Given the facts, let respondent no.1 take an appropriate decision on the representations of the petitioner which are collectively filed as Annexure P-1 dated 04.09.18, 15.11.18 & 10.12.18 and other

representations pending consideration. It is expected that respondent no.1 shall take a decision on the representations of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent no.1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
