1. The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 47/2020, registered at Police Station -Tarbahar, Bilaspur, DistrictBilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 327, 294, 323 and 506 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the submission that the applicant is willing to surrender, cooperate with the investigation and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He prays that the trial Court may be directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.

3. Considering the submission made, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. It is directed that in case, the applicant surrenders and applies for grant of
