Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General for the State.

The observation and direction passed by the Division Bench in the PIL in question dated 21.08.2017 will be looked into by Respondents No. 2 to 4 to ensure that there is compliance of the order in its letter and spirit. A complaint

is made that nothing seems to have been done on the said direction of the Court. If appropriate response is not given to the said order, the Court may not be indulgent next time if contempt is initiated. 3.

Contempt application stands disposed off with the above observation and direction.
