1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's claim for grant of regular pay-scale is squarely covered by the order dated 18.2.2015 passed by this Court in the case of Gopal Ram Sonwani Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Anr., wherein relying upon the earlier decision of the Court, a direction has been issued to approach the Committee for appropriate relief and direction for consideration of petitioner's claim.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is also disposed off and the petitioner is directed to approach the Committee constituted by the State Govt. referred to in order dated 18.2.2015, for appropriate relief and in turn, the Committee is directed to consider and decide petitioner's case in accordance with law and on its own merits. The needful may be done within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
