Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in the matter of Jayant Kumar Patle vs State of Chhattisgarh and others, passed in WPS No.4271/2017 and other connected matters, decided on 03.11.2017.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioners have not yet completed the required length of service, therefore, they are not entitled for revised pay scale. 3.

In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the matter of Jayant Kumar Patle

(supra). However, the petitioners would be entitled to claim the revised pay scale strictly in accordance with the eligibility condition applied by the State Government. This shall be verified by the competent authority before extending any benefit to the petitioners.
