(1) Learned counsel appearing from the respondents No. 3 to 5 would submit that the petitioner has remedy to file application before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 55(2) & 77 of the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Socieities Act, 1960 (for short 'Act, 1960') for resolving his dispute.
(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer application before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies under Section 55(2) & 77 of the Act, 1960 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the respondents No. 3 to 5 has no objection.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers application before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies within a period of two weeks from today raising a dispute under Section 55(2) & 77 of the Act, 1960, the said Authority would consider and dispose of such an application/dispute within a period of three weeks after hearing both the parties on its own merits.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
