Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/07/2016 The petitioner has filed this petition claiming two advance increments on the ground of she having passed D.Ed examination. He submits that identical issue has already been considered by this Court in large number of petitions and directions have been issued for examination of every case on similar lines. Reliance has been placed on order passed by this Court on 23/01/2012 in WPS No.245/2012.

Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner makes representation, her claim shall be examined and if she is found to be similarly and identically situated as those, in whose favour orders have been passed by this Court, her case shall also be considered for grant of two advance increments. 3.

In view of statement made herein, at this stage, this petition is disposed off on similar terms as contained in order dated 23/01/2012 passed in WPS No.245/2012 for consideration and grant of benefit of two advance increments,

subject to verification of necessary facts.
