Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by this petition the petitioner is ventilating his grievances against the competent authorities for not taking any action against the officers and respondent No. 05 for misappropriation and misuse of public funds and, therefore, directions may be issued to the competent authorities for the same. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly
allowed.

Be that as it may, the concerned authority is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law expeditiously. 5.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a fresh complaint before the competent authorities.
