These are the second bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant in both the applications who has been arrested in connection with Crime Nos. 277/2017 & 270/2017 registered Police Station Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act. 2.

The applicant's first bail applications in both the cases were dismissed

as withdrawn with liberty to revive the same at appropriate stage by order of this Court dated 15-11-2017 in M.Cr.C. Nos.6209/2017 and 6365 of 2017. 3.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of these cases warranting interference in the second bail applications filed on behalf of the applicant.
