The applicant has filed this revision against the order dated 9.6.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon, in Criminal Appeal No.32/2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not pressing the revision and the Juvenile Justice Board, Rajnandgaon may be directed to expedite the trial.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as not pressed. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in observation home since 10.2.2015, the said Board is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Record be sent back forthwith. 5.
