The order of suspension dated 4.6.2016 is under challenge on the ground that reason for suspension are not in existence. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to various documents placed on record, submits that the petitioner has actually carried order and joined at Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Bamlaya. 3.

The issue, which has been raised by the petitioner, is of factual nature. The petitioner should bring to notice of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad

Panchayat, Sitapur. Let it be done within 15 days. Thereafter, within a period of next 15 days, the respondent No.3 shall obtain a report from Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Bamlaya and the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Sitapur and take a decision thereon. 4.

If grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, his remedy would be to file an appeal under Rule 15 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.
