Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 16.08.2017 (Annexure P/2) passed by respondent No.3,he has made representation to the Municipal Corporation that he is not liable to make payment of such damages, which has not been considered and decided till now and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the

petitioner's representation, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
