Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Counsel appearing for the Respondents submit that the present Writ Petition may also be disposed of in the light of the order passed by this Court in the similar matter in Writ Petition (S) No. 6864 of 2006 (Smt. Tijan Bai v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) which was dismissed as withdrawn on 25th April, 2007 with the liberty to take recourse to the other statutory remedies available to the Petitioner therein.

Since the Respondents do not have any objection, the present Writ Petition as prayed is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
