1. Learned State counsel would inform that in the present petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension, however, the petitioner has already been removed from the service on 3-7-2015, therefore, the writ petition challenging the order of suspension has been rendered infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to move again if the cause of action survives.
