Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 18/09/17 The petitioner in person would submit that the petitioner's Contempt Case No. 116 of 2015 is pending before the trial Court since 18.08.2015 and till date there is no progress. Therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard petitioner in person.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider the petitioner's case and expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
