The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.79/2012 registered in Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 458, 307, 394/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act. 2.
As per the prosecution case, on 6/03/2012 the applicant alongwith other co-accused entered into the house of Dr. Arun Agrawal and thereafter assaulted him by butt of the revolver and looted. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 20/03/2014, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perusal of the order shows that out of 18 witnesses, 13 witnesses have already been examined and the case is fixed for evidence of other witnesses on 22, 23 and 24th August, 2016. Considering the evidence available in the case diary and also considering the fact that examination of the witnesses are at the fag end, this court is not inclined to release the
applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. Certified copy as per rules.
