Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/09/2017 (1) After arguing for a fairly long time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 40 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. (2) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

(4) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
