Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, on instructions, would submit that if the petitioners deposits necessary fee to the extent of Rs.66,000/-, necessary No Objection Certificate would be given to petitioners.
(2) Learned counsel for the petitoners would submit that no amount is due
against the petitioners.
(3) However, it is directed that petitioner and Commissioner/Additional Commissioner will make joint inspection of the spot at 3.30 pm and, thereafter, the Commissioner would calculate the fee payable by the petitioner and that will be paid by the petitioner today itself and, thereafter, necessary No Objection Certifificate will be issued in favour of the petitioner today itself. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
