The Applicant has filed this application under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is in custody since 03.02.2018 in connection with Crime No.19/2018 registered at Police Station - Gandhinagar, District Surguja (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

After arguing for sometime, Shri Shrivastava seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the same again after three months.
