This revision petition is not directed against any specific order, however, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the trial Court. 2.
The respondent has prosecuted the petitioner in Special Sessions Case No.268/2016 for charges under Section 7, 11, 13(2), 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. The proceeding is continuing, in the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed an application under Section 19(4) of Prevention of Corruption Act on 24-02-2020 with application for urgent hearing. His application for urgent hearing has been rejected, however, the application under Section 19(4) of Prevention of Corruption Act has been kept pending. As the provisions under Section 19(4) of Prevention of Corruption Act provides that any objection has to be raised at the earlier stage of the proceeding, therefore, there is necessity that this application should be decided at the earliest. 3.
Hence, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. Learned trial Court is directed to hear on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19(4) of Prevention of Corruption Act and decide the same as early as possible. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Aadil
