1. The State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary Co Operative Department Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Naya Raipur Tahsil & District Raipur Chhattisgarh
2. The Registrar Co - Operative Societies, Vivekanand Nagar Pension Bada Chowk, Raipur Tahsil & District Raipur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri S.C. Verma, counsel for the petitioner For Respondent/State :
Shri S.P. Kale, Dy.A.G.
S.B.:
Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 14/10/2015 Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though initially a petition was filed challenging order (Annexure P-1), now the petitioner, in the changed circumstances, does not wish to challenge the order. He submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent- Registrar, Co-operative Societies to comply with its own direction. Learned State counsel prays for time.
I am not inclined to grant further time to the respondent-State as the petitioner is not challenging the impugned order but only prays that State Authority may comply with their own direction.
If the order (Annexure P-1) is still in force and existence, it goes without saying that it will be binding on the respondent- Authority and every action would be taken in accordance with the direction issued by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
