1. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also prays for direction to the learned Family Court for expediting the proceedings.

2. On the basis of the submissions so made, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Family Court, Kanker is directed to expedite the proceeding between the parties and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months form the date this order is communicated.
