The petitioner prays for a direction of issuance of counter signature certificate in his favour on the assertion that inter State Transport permit issued by State of Odisa having submitted before respondent No. 2, the proposal has been accepted but the certificate has not been issued. 2.

The petitioner has placed on records certain note-sheet. I do not find that there is an order issued by the authority. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the respondent No. 2 shall take appropriate decision on petitioner's application for granting him no objection certificate on the Inter State permit, in accordance with law. 4.

Taking into consideration the submission at this stage, petition is

disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's application for grant of No Objection Certificate within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
