The issue involved in these appeals was exactly similar to the issue raised in W.A. No. 169 of 2019 and connected cases arising from the common verdict dated 15.01.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge. 2.

When these matters are taken up for consideration learned counsel for the Appellant fairly submits that the issue has already been considered and finalized by this Court as per judgment dated 17.05.2019 in W.A. No. 169 of 2019 and connected cases, whereby interference was declined and the appeals were dismissed.

In the said circumstances, these appeals stand dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 17.05.2019 passed in W.A. No. 169 of 2019 and connected cases.
