1. Petitioner is an employee of Primary Vanopaj Sah. Samiti Khara, Post Usarvahi, Tah. Bodala, P.S. Rengakhar, Distt. Kabirdham. By way of this petition, he is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his case for promotion to the post of Manager of the said co-operative society.

2. Petitioner has an statutory alternative remedy of raising the dispute before the authority under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies

Act, 1960.

3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
