Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that dispute raised by the petitioner under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is pending consideration before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bemetara for last one year,

therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the matter expeditiously.
